Privacy
What this website does and does not do with your information. Short, because it does very little.
In short
This site does not collect anything about you.
There is no contact form, no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising trackers anywhere on this website. The shop is walk-in only, and nothing about that happens through this site.
What the site stores in your browser
One thing: whether you chose the light or dark version of the page, so it looks the same next time. It stays on your device, we never see it, and clearing your browser data removes it. It is not used to identify or track you.
The map on the Visit page
The Visit page shows a Google map so you can find the shop. That map is loaded from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies — the same as if you had opened Google Maps yourself. That is the only part of this website that talks to anyone else. Google explains what it does with that information in its privacy policy.
Everything else — the fonts, the styling, the images — is served from this website itself, so nothing else about your visit leaves it.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Bridge Street Barbers, 10 Bridge Street, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 8BJ. You can reach us in person at the shop or by post at that address.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask any organisation what personal information it holds about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. In our case the honest answer is that this website holds none. If you are ever unhappy with how a business has handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
